Warranty Services

HESCO HVAC Equipment Services Company provides Standard Labor Warranty services for one year after initial equipment startup.

Two “Tech-Checks” are made during the warranty period to assure the equipment is operating efficiently and reliably and that routine preventive maintenance procedures are being performed by the owner in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.

  • Platinum – Total Labor Warranty service includes the Standard Labor Warranty service and Troubleshooting and Diagnostic Services.
  • Gold – Standard Labor Warranty service includes replacement or repair of defective parts or workmanship but does not include troubleshooting and diagnostic services. Trouble shooting and diagnostic services are by the purchaser but can be provided on a time and material basis.

Labor warranty services are only available for equipment that HESCO is factory trained and certified to provide service.
